With over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. I have dedicated my career to helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life- especially within the geriatric population, which I am deeply passionate about.
I believe that the foundation of effective therapy begins with building strong, trusting relationships. By taking time to truly understand each client's goals, routines and challenges, I am able to create meaningful and long-term success
My approach is client centered and rooted in helping individuals not only maintain their current abilities but also improve and thrive in their daily lives. I focus on practical, functional skills within the home and community, with an emphasis on safety, confidence and dignity.
As a Western Massachusetts native, I am proud to serve the community I call home. I briefly relocated during my spouse's service in the Navy but ultimately returned to continue my work in the area that means so much to me. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family, including my daughter and our two dogs.
I am committed to helping each client live independently and fully as possible- because therapy shouldn't just be about getting by, it should be about thriving
